Villeroy & Boch decorative plate. This is the fifth issue in the second series of the Flower Fairies Collection inspired by the works of Cicely Mary Barker. Plate number 3731. Pictures a fairy with a flower hat sitting on a stem surrounded by flowers. The plate is porcelain and has a painted gold edge on the front. There is a hook on the back for hanging. Pre owned, excellent condition. Comes in original box with Certificate of Authenticity as pictured.
